About Eric Snelz
As the CEO of Helping Hands for Freedom, and father or a Marine who returned with issues related to PTSD and a traumatic brain injury (TBI), my focus is on raising funds to assist Military, Veteran and Gold Star families (lost a loved one as a result of the conflict) with serious Life Needs like mortgage payments, rent, car payments, insurance, utilities and other relevant important bills that sustain the family. I also search for sponsors and donors for Life Enrichment activities to bring the families together in an environment of fun, camaraderie and shared experience. These activities include attendance at sporting events, amusement parks and an assortment of entertainment venues.Our focus on the family sets Helping Hands for Freedom apart from many nonprofits that support military and veteran causes. I am fortunate that after a long career both in the corporate world and as a business owner I was able to transition to giving back to a cause that is very close to my heart.

Helping Hands for Freedom has a primary mission of assisting the families of the fallen, wounded and deployed. We have programs for emergency financial life needs, exceptional experiences for the children of the fallen, wounded and Veterans. HHFF also focuses efforts on Veterans in need as a result of PTSD or TBI.
