Create, align, manage and execute the external communications strategy for Revelyst, including oversight and management of revelyst.com;• Develop and oversee media relations and thought-leadership opportunities internally and across digital, print and broadcast channels for executive and platform leadership;• Support the quarterly earnings process, including writing and editing scripts and developing communications materials in support of the earnings press release and conference call;• Prepare and disseminate corporate, brand and product news and company-wide initiatives that positively impact the external communications strategy; including management of the revelyst.com newsroom;• Support brand and corporate leaders in the creation and publishing of content related to Corporate Responsibility and our purpose/vision/commitments; support the development of the annual ESG Report;• Serve as a strategic partner to platform and brand communications teams; ensure message consistency on issues in which brand and corporate interests overlap, including, but not limited to: crisis communications, product recalls, media training and major brand-level press releases;• Direct and oversee agencies across projects and activities to ensure overall external communications strategies and tactics are being executed as intended by third party partners;• Work closely with other corporate functions in support of their mission, including, but not limited to: Investor Relations, Legal, Government Relations and the Revelyst Foundation;• Assist with the Revelyst Foundation, the company’s charitable giving arm;• Help lead the company’s trade show strategy, including how the company’s brands and platforms show up at industry events; • Serve as Revelyst’s liaison with various outdoor industry trade associations.
