   Supported the US Air Force at Aviano Air Base, ItalyCompleted a multi-year, multi-million-dollar project to modernize a critical United States Air Force data center in Europe. Was lead project manager from initiation through transition to operations, overseeing the project focused on enhancing resiliency to meet TIA-942 Rated-3 standards, DoD regulations, and host-nation and European Union laws. By the project’s completion, we successfully eliminated several single points of failure, ensuring the implementation of redundant capacity components and multiple independent distribution paths to support the computer equipment. Project scope included modernizing, optimizing, and repairing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, access control, and fire protection systems.Led the development of a comprehensive Project Management Framework for the 31st Fighter Wing Communications Squadron, tailored to align with the US Air Force Field Manual and local operational needs. This initiative involved designing standardized processes, templates, and governance structures to improve project consistency, accountability, and efficiency with internal and external project stakeholders. By integrating industry best practices and internal workflows, the framework has enhanced project delivery outcomes and strengthened cross-functional collaboration.
