   While at Booz Allen, I serve three primary roles simultaneously. I have been a software developer from the time I began with the company. A couple of years later, I added the role of a modeling and simulation analyst/developer. After a few more years of experience, I began managing projects and programs.Project/Program ManagementI started my project management work managing small development projects. I have since managed much larger development and analysis projects. I have served as the program manager for three different modeling and simulation contracts for an Air Force office with values ranging from $16-$24 million dollars. The programs have contained up to 45 separate projects with 75 deliverables.Modeling and Simulation Analyst/DeveloperI am an Air Defense Artillery analyst using the simulation RADGUNS. I also maintain the RADGUNS software simulation code. To help support the software, I have developed several post processor functions that are not distributed with the software. I have served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and conducted Air Defense Artillery analysis for multiple defense programs. Software DeveloperMr. Schwartz has created numerous web-based databases using ASP.Net and SQL Server. He was the lead developer on a customer relationship management system which tracks customer inquiries, orders, mailing lists, newsletters, meetings, and subject matter experts. I also developed a Software Change Request (SCR) system to track the SCRs for government managed models. I have developed numerous other web applications including an internal employee planning system which tracks projected hours for employees, generates time authorization letters, and calculates utilization and work allocation to make project management easier. In addition to web development, I have created and designed multiple windows Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) for modeling and simulation software applications.
