I co-founded a clinical trials SaaS platform in 2013 and led technology and product from first line of code to acquisition in 2024. We grew to users across 600+ studies and 60+ countries, I built the initial product, pitched investors, embedded at clinical sites with providers, and built the team across 7 countries.That experience is hard to replicate. When you\'ve built something from nothing in a heavily regulated industry, you think differently about technology. Architecture decisions become business decisions.
