The Finance Leaders Fellowship Program seeks to develop the next generation of responsible, community-spirited leaders in the global finance industry. This new, two-year program is modeled on the Henry Crown Fellowship which was established in 1996. Using the Aspen Institute method of text-based dialogue, and building upon the Institute’s commitment to values-based, action-oriented leadership, the program will spur selected Finance “Fellows” to consider values and perspectives necessary for effective, enlightened leadership in finance—and in society at-large.

ABOUT ERIC SAVAGE
Eric Savage is the Co-Founder and CEO of Unitus Capital (UC), as well as a Co-Founder of UC Impower (a leading impact growth equity fund) and UC Inclusive Credit (India\'s leading impact private credit provider). Eric moved to India in 2007 to help set up UC, which has played a leading role in the Indian impact investment sector, including having raised well over US$5 billion for various impact businesses. Eric has had the privilege of working with many innovative companies that do life-changing work in climate solutions, financial inclusion, affordable education, women empowerment, health care, and agritech. UC has been repeatedly ranked the #1 most active Indian investment bank by Venture Intelligence and VCCircle since 2013. Previously, Eric ran Citigroup’s Asian investment banking franchise in the power and infrastructure sectors and helped secure and execute multiple landmark equity, debt, and M&A transactions, totalling many billions of dollars. Eric also headed Salomon Brother’s utilities sector equity research and was selected for Institutional Investors’ All-Asia research team.Eric is a graduate (cum laude) of Duke University and Harvard’s Kennedy School, where he received the Lucius N. Littauer Fellow Award, the program’s top honor. Eric serves on the boards of several leading companies, funds, and educational institutions. Eric was a member of the Duke Alumni Board and serves on the Board of the Duke/Fuqua Impact Investing Initiative. Eric was named Indian Expat Entrepreneur of the Year by Expat Entrepreneurs Circle. Eric is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Aspen Institute’s Finance Leaders Fellowship Program.
