ABOUT ERIC SAULNIER
I build data infrastructure for organizations where better information makes compassionate work more achievable — turning fragmented program data into systems that can be used, maintained, and trusted over time.At the Parent Child Center of Tulsa, I design and implement integrated data pipelines across 15+ programs and departments serving children and families. That work spans Microsoft Forms, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint — and Python for more complex transformations. The systems I build range from automated dashboards for operations leadership to end-to-end data architectures that connect intake forms to outcome reporting for our board, funders, accreditation bodies, and clients.My path here involved real career shifts; the through line in them is my interest in understanding and supporting people and institutions reach their potential. I earned a Ph.D. in History from UCLA and spent more than a decade working in higher education — teaching, advising, and doing the kind of research that demands comfort with ambiguity in order to get to the bottom of a situation and communicate actionable information. That habit of mind travels. When I\'m deciding how a dashboard should be organized, or what a Power Query transformation needs to produce, I\'m drawing on the same skills that shaped how I read a historical argument or parsed a student\'s educational record and advising notes: What is the fundamental problem? What is the best solution? How should we structure our approach moving forward?I\'m grateful to work in a sector where curiosity is valued and where the data leads to better outcomes for people in my community.
