Within my first year, I led a massive technology reorganization, reshaping culture, elevating cybersecurity maturity, and building capacity for sustained digital growth.By renegotiating vendor contracts and eliminating redundant services, we’ve saved millions annually, returning budget to the general fund and reinvesting other resources into solutions that directly enhance teaching, learning, and the overall user experience.
