About Eric Saito

Education program director, empathetic product researcher, and student success champion with 14+ years of experience in the education field. I create education systems, environments, and experiences that provide equitable outcomes for all learners, especially learners who have been historically marginalized. I started my career as a classroom teacher and in recent years have become interested in increasing access to quality education nationwide. I\'m driven to answer the question:\"How can we create responsive, personalized education experiences at scale that serve ALL learners?\" Searching for answers has led me to all corners of the education landscape, from community-based non-profits to national ed-tech companies. I\'ve developed expertise in program management, project execution, tutoring, UX research, training, curriculum design, data analysis, and business strategy. Through all these settings and roles, my superpower has always been creating safe learning spaces that center individual voices and needs.
