The Executive Director, Raymond James Canada Foundation (“RJCF”) is a national role responsible for the successful management, administration and growth of the entire foundation offering.Work openly with the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership, Raymond James Ltd. Financial Advisors, RJCF Advisory Committee, and other key internal stakeholders to enhance the thriving and engaging diverse workplace.Deliver the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the RJCF, ensuring that the programs and services offered by the RJCF contribute to the organizational corporate responsibility and philanthropic goals of our associates and advisors. Oversee the successful operation and growth of the key workplace giving programs. Provide executive oversight for the Charitable Giving Program (the donor advised fund (DAF) program at the RJCF and Raymond James Ltd).Work collaboratively with Raymond James Ltd.’s Finance Department to manage the inflow and outflow of funds in support of employee and client giving.Serve as Raymond James’ Canadian ambassador for all aspects of RJCF’s activities internally and in the public realm.Manage a budget and operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work to advance the annual and long term strategic direction of the RJCF.Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of RJCF’s Annual Giving Campaign, RJ Cares Month, RJ Cares Grants Advisory Committee granting program, and RJ5K4KIDS fundraising program, RJ Memorial Fund and the Raymond James Memorial Golf Tournament as well as other key charitable initiatives.Raymond James Ltd. was named Best Workplaces for Giving Back 2025 & 2024 by Great Place to Work.
