I offer, through Pinnacle Wealth Brokers, Private Equity investments to Canadians from coast to coast. My goal is to diversify and grow your wealth while potentially reducing the volatility of your overall investment portfolio. Why should you consider investing in private market? Investing into the private market compliments and provides greater diversification to your investment portfolio while offering regular dividend/distributions and capital gains to increase cash flow.At one point in time, investing into the private market was once reserved for the ultra wealthy. However, in more recent years, the barriers to entry for private equity have significantly decreased.The private market has also caught the attention from some of Canada’s largest organizations. For example, the Canadian Pension Plan (CPP) increased its funding into private equity from 4.3% in 2005 to 50% in 2018! What type of industries are found with the private equity investments? Typically, we have 15 offerings on our shelf at any given time which are mostly comprised of: multi-residential and commercial real estate, industrial, land, agriculture, self storage, and senior housing, etc… Why should you consider me and Pinnacle?Over the last 15 years, I have worked with countless professionals in educating them on various options available so they can make better investment decisions.
