As the Director of Process Improvement, I lead a multi‑disciplinary department focused on improving how Underwriting and Operations work end‑to‑end. My teams span process improvement, process automation, product management, and vendor relationship management, all with a shared goal: removing friction, improving outcomes for customers, and enabling the business to scale responsibly within the life insurance industry. As impressive as that sounds, I am nothing without the amazing people around me.
