COVID affected every industry. It was no different in the automotive world. We faced some significant challenges; challenges that were quickly adapted to and actioned by our team. It’s in our nature to face challenges head-on and to embrace all possible solutions. Our team was able to quickly create new programs for customers to purchase safely from home. This not only captured the attention of customers locally but also some of the large automotive brands with which we work. By the time COVID restrictions were lifted, our future-proof strategies were already in place and were very successful in driving traffic back into our stores. This is when we kickstarted the conversation about offering our services to other businesses in need.KMI is now a complete solution designed to guide small and medium-sized businesses through the ever-changing digital landscape.
