I am an experienced global executive with a passion for creating and leading strong teams, projects and technology initiatives. I enjoy leading groups of people who love \"automating the manual\" and standardizing services to better serve customers. My teams have developed and implemented automation solutions that have cut up to 90% of manual support interventions! This would not have happened without dedicated people working with me to achieve our shared goal. I have a strong background in finance and professional services and deep skill communicating with all levels of an organization. I enjoy interacting with individuals as well as presenting to large groups and take opportunities to make the art of presentation an interesting and interactive process.
