About Eric Roberts

After studying business at the University of Colorado at Boulder, I entered the professional work field in Operations, Accounting and Sales through great companies like Janus Funds, Convergys and Cendant Corp. These opportunities provided me with first hand experience in both front and back office roles learning how large companies are successfully run and managed. Travel Booking Sales, Call Center Analytics, Mutual Fund Accounting and Money Market Sales were great learning experiences and I value deeply the experience and relationships built in my early years. In 2008 I found my appetite for the Real Estate industry and never looked back. At Atlas REO, we serviced institutional clients managing 10’s of thousands of REO/Foreclosed properties across the country. We built a staff of 50+ and managed a satellite office in Centennial, Co for 5+ years working directly with clients such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Bank of America. Everyday in this industry brought about new challenges and problems to solve. Our team developed incredible processes to handle Asset Management on a large scale and we proudly were considered and recognized as one of the best in the business. Sales and Property Management at that level provided challenges well beyond the ordinary traditional real estate transaction, giving me the ability to maneuver unforeseen complications with high confidence. Utilizing this experience, we set out to create Invested Property Management. Our vision is to outperform the Industry through hard work, compassion and unmatched customer service. We have grown responsibly and almost exclusively through word of mouth referrals. We are proud of our business and strive to improve our service levels through smart growth, re-investment, and continual evaluation.
