Honored to be recognized as the Employee of the Year for 2019 for American Financial Warranty Corporation which was later acquired by Assurant in April of 2020. I lead a 20+ person team responsible for the rating, underwriting, and administration of the full suite of MasterTech F&I and Ancillary products sold by our partner auto, RV and powersports dealerships across the country. Upon taking on the role, I reviewed all current procedures, methods, and performed time studies which enabled us to eliminate over 300 hours of redundant and minimally or non-beneficial procedures. This resulted in significant efficiency gains and shortened turnaround times positively impacting the experience for both our dealer partners and end user customers.
