ABOUT ERIC QUINTANA-GWOST

I am an attorney with the Agricultural Worker Project at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, representing farmworkers across MN and ND in matters ranging from wage theft and unsafe working conditions to immigration and discrimination. I am committed to protecting the rights of agricultural workers through strategic advocacy, litigation, and community-focused solutions. Previously, I interned with Chief Justice Monica Márquez at the Colorado Supreme Court, served as an SEC Scholar in the Division of Enforcement, and clerked with Kenneth Udoibok, P.A, focusing on civil rights, first-party claims, and federal criminal defense. I serve on the boards of two nonprofit organizations, where I help guide mission-driven strategy and governance. I am fluent in Spanish and actively developing legal proficiency in French.
