Dr. Eric T. Holland is the General Manager and Strategic Initiative Lead for Quantum at Keysight, the premier technology company renowned for delivering advanced design, validation, and test solutions that empower innovators to connect and secure the world.With over two decades of experience in quantum technologies, Dr. Holland is a visionary leader celebrated for his exceptional blend of business acumen and technical expertise. His strategic insights have been instrumental in unlocking groundbreaking quantum applications and driving industry advancements. Since joining Keysight in 2020, Dr. Holland has held pivotal leadership roles within the quantum team, where he now directs the company-wide quantum business and technology roadmaps.Under Dr. Holland\'s leadership, Keysight achieved a historic milestone by deploying the first commercial quantum control systems at the 256-qubit scale at Fujitsu, as part of the RIKEN Quantum Computing Center, and at the scale at Japan’s National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) Global Research and Development Center for Business by Quantum-AI Technology (G-QuAT).Dr. Holland is deeply committed to fostering the quantum ecosystem both in the US and internationally. He serves on the Quantum Economic Development Consortia (QED-C) Executive Steering Committee, actively participates in Japan’s Quantum Strategic Industry Alliance for Revolution (Q-STAR), and collaborates with Singapore’s National Quantum Office, Quantum Engineering Program, Centre for Quantum Technologies, National Quantum Computing Hub, and their associated projects.
