   Manages all aspects of Training Division operations. Applies advanced military and civilian HR expertise; procurement and property skills, and conflict resolution skills to supervise nine direct report employees and a total subordinate staff of over 400 military, civilian, and contract personnel. Oversees $9 million annual budget and training support contracts. Provides administrative and technical supervision necessary for delivering training and performance support solutions for seven introductory technical “A” schools, 115 advance training courses, 30 enlisted advancement training programs, four standardization assessment teams, and one doctrine support staff. Manages coordination for 100 classrooms/labs, berthing and support services for students annually.
