Eric Paul has over 20 years of finance and operations experience with expertise in real estate development, construction, asset management, banking, and private equity.Eric is the CFO for Chelsea Investment Corporation, Emmerson Construction, CIC Management and affiliated entities.Chelsea Investment Corporation is focused on creating and preserving high quality affordable rental homes. We take special pride in our ability to structure creative financing solutions that result in the development of award-winning housing that complements the surrounding neighborhood. Our highly experienced team of professionals consider each project\'s unique attributes and identify and implement timely and cost-effective solutions to the many challenges of this market niche. From site selection through feasibility analysis, to construction and re-syndication, our services are available on a targeted or turnkey basis.Emmerson is committed to delivering products and services of exceptional quality to all of its clients. Typical projects include building structures consisting of reinforced or post-tensioned concrete slabs with wood frame construction and stucco exteriors, and several completed projects feature podium decks. Emmerson’s developments exceed Title 24 efficiency standards and over a dozen projects have been certified LEED Gold or Platinum. Emmerson also offers construction management services to clients interested in project oversight, budget and schedule review, and quality assurance.CIC Management, Inc.(CICM) oversees the operations of the Chelsea portfolio of properties throughout California and New Mexico. As asset manager, CICM ensures the regulatory compliance of its properties, evaluates the financial performance of the properties, and reports to lenders, investors and regulatory agencies. CICM works in conjunction with ConAm Management Corporation who professionally manages and staffs the Chelsea properties.Eric began his professional career at Ernst & Young (Big 4 accounting firm) and most recently served as Finance Director for Southwest Value Partners (SWVP).SWVP is a multi-billion dollar real estate investment firm and the developer of Nashville Yards, Amazon’s Operations Center of Excellence towers and the Grand Hyatt Nashville hotel.Eric graduated with honors from San Jose State University where he earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration; he also holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Virginia.Eric is a Certified Public Accountant and real estate broker.
