I’m a strategic operations leader with 15+ years of experience aligning people, processes, and technology platforms to drive organizational growth, performance, and mission success. With an Executive MBA from Santa Clara University and a B.A. from UC Davis, I bring both academic rigor and hands-on leadership to every initiative. I’ve led cross-functional teams in complex environments, managed enterprise-scale digital transformations, and developed governance structures that support scale and sustainability.In my current role as Director of Operations at Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST), I oversee technology strategy, AI integration, cybersecurity, estate and planned giving management, corporate insurance, and facilities operations. I’ve launched cloud-based infrastructure, implemented POST’s first AI policy, and led transformative system upgrades that improve security, efficiency, and usability. Previously, I managed national partnerships across 50+ universities and 3,500 employers, building programs that matched thousands of students with real-world internship experiences. I approach every challenge with structure, empathy, and data-driven decision-making.Outside of work, I enjoy marathon training and outdoor adventures with my wife, Danielle, and our three boys: Ethan, Dylan, and Aidan.
