I am currently leading the Gen AI strategy for a global 1,300-person technology organization. After co-authoring the initial strategy, I am now spearheading its adoption by architecting a central, AI-powered knowledge base to serve as the single source of truth for our 100+ application portfolio. This system dissolves cognitive friction and creates a new, high-velocity model for organizational leadership.As the lead system architect for the Ericsson Intelligent Deployment suite—a complex, external-facing platform connecting customers and global field operations—I am designing the foundational architecture for the unified governance and compliance backbone for the entire ecosystem. This involves creating centralized, compliant-by-design systems for policy-based access control (PBAC), data localization, and consent management.Previously, I led the end-to-end creation of a company-wide observability service, delivering over $30M in annual cost savings. The platform was architected for high availability and security across multiple datacenters; its design separates data, control, and management planes, segregates write/read paths for performance, and features a resilient agent optimized for network efficiency.
