   Develop and manage the InSPIRED Fellowship who are In-Service Professionals who are committed to Increasing the Racial and Ethnic Diversity of our teacher workforce by leveraging their backgrounds and personal connections to communicate stories and calls to action to current and prospective educational leaders, helping them understand the impact of Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, and multiracial educators on PK–12 students. • Manage $9 million annually in teacher diversification programs to support school districts, non-profit organizations, and institutes of higher education across the Commonwealth to develop and implement strategies to create inclusionary environments for the successful recruitment and retention of diverse educators. • Conceptualized and implementing the development of an aspiring principal mentoring fellowship designed to support diverse teachers and allies with development aligned with the Commonwealth’s principal mentoring handbook that will create 50 principals that are culturally responsive. • Design data collection and measurement strategies based in research best practices for multiple teacher diversification initiatives along with creating programmatic timelines to ensure the Commonwealth’s educator workforce is 20% by 2030.
