   Responsible for global retirement plan administration. Strategic leader for health & welfare benefits and time off programs. Vendor RFPs, implementations, open enrollment, Workday programming, M&A, comms, LOA, compliance, and special projects.Joining Rivian at employees one year after emerging from stealth, and pre-Series D, has lead to accelerated growth and exposure opportunities that I am incredibly thankful for. These are some key projects I have been involved in during my tenure-Fully lead two 401(k) recordkeeper transitions; RFP, implementations, plan documents, comms -Create new benefit plans, including a new benefit admin platform and employee comms, on an incredibly accelerated timeline for Rivian’s joint venture with Volkswagen-Transitioned medical, dental, vision plan from fully insured to ASO-Support two medical plan & PBM carrier transitions for cost savings and enhanced member experiences. Implemented data warehouse to leverage data in ongoing decisioning with plan enhancements-Successfully implement global benefit programs in five countries by creating impactful benefit programs that combine statutory requirements, benchmarking, and employee feedback-Benefits COE lead for Workday and ServiceNow implementations-Primary participant in independent health plan compliance audit, that resulted in a high ranking and proved dedication to regulatory compliance
