I am currently available for contracts. Contracts need to be remote. If you have \"legacy\" WinForms apps nobody want to support anymore, I can probably be your guy!I defined myself mostly as a client/server applications programming using.Net (VB and C#) and MS SQL Server and all the stuff surrounding it. My contracts were mostly in the financial industry in the last 30 years, but I also had contracts outside over the years. Since my principal client is a small shop, many other IT-related tasks (often considered outside the scope of a plain-old developer) were assigned to me over the years. For example, I supervised all the steps (from providers selection to implementation) of the modernization of an office for all IT equipment (servers, networking gears, Internet connection, VoIP phone system.). I now manage that environment. I also wrote policies and procedures related to the SEC regulation and now must maintain them. I have built a Business Continuity Plan (including the Disaster Recovery).
