   The Director of Operations works directly with the Managing Director in translating big picture strategy into actionable, achievable goals. I execute business process improvements and strategic growth initiatives with a focus on promoting company culture and values with internal and external stakeholders. I am responsible for internal process optimization to support and sustain an innovative, resilient and high performance culture. I assess company performance and analyze trends to adequately allocate consulting resources to client engagements and initiate and manage our recruitment process. In this role, I supervise and provide ongoing coaching to the four person consulting team and serve as the escalation point for client concerns and feedback. I focus on cultivating a positive employee experience in service of career development and team member retention. I am assigned to client engagements that require senior-level HR thought leadership and coaching with C-Suite executives and other key business leaders. I lead marketing initiatives and contribute to the business development pipeline through outreach and networking.
