For over 15 years, SOTC\'s mission has been to connect smart, diverse, and creative college students from around the country with paid internships at some of Northeast Ohio\'s most innovative and sought-after employers while building connections to encourage those students to come back to the Cleveland area to begin their careers after graduation and help spread the word about what makes our city and region so special.
