   Big Rentals Software is the SaaS solution for the Circular economy. Purpose-built for recurring rentals of products that are too large to mail or require assembly. Online ordering provides zero-friction rentals for customers and real-time delivery calculations. Contracts are generated automatically at checkout. The customer service dashboard is command and control over every aspect of every rental. This enables your customer service personnel to immediately handle any aspect of a long-term rental including: recurring billing and collections, adding/swapping/removing products, delivery, service, maintenance, pickups, and swaps. Our inventory management keeps track of where everything is and updates your site automatically with what\'s available and what\'s waitlisted. It also, maintains complete service, maintenance, and repair records of every product in your inventory. Software-guided workflows for techs, delivery, and 3PL personnel ensure inspections, deliveries, repairs and maintenance are completed properly every time. Big Rentals Software can scale to any size operation with any number of locations of products. ACLs, roles, products, pricing, delivery costs, etc are customizable to each location.
