I have a wide range of experiences including commercial and industrial HVAC sales, HVAC manufacturing operations, business development, and corporate governance. I specialize in providing commercial and industrial HVAC system solutions. Meeting new people, representing quality products, and establishing long-term relationships fuels my passion for HVAC sales and marketing. Having previous experience in operations management in an HVAC industrial manufacturing setting gives me unique insights into global supply chains and construction cycles. The most enjoyable aspect of managing sales, marketing, and operations is the role I get to play in project management. Meeting tight deadlines, staying organized, and being the center of communications has helped me develop a leadership style that is centered around ensuring timely completion of assignments, accountability, client satisfaction, and sharing in the success of accomplishing common goals. I am heavily engaged in my community - for the past 20 years, I have been fortunate to have been elected to serve on nonprofit Boards in leadership roles in various educational, economic development, government and foundation boards.
