   Wayside is a non-profit, nationally accredited human service agency providing a continuum of services to children, adolescents and families in Eastern and Central Massachusetts. Wayside’s services include: residential, educational, transitional age youth services, in-home family support and behavioral health services, day and outpatient mental health programs; victim support services; and care coordination services for the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative, and five Department of Children and Families area offices. The agency employs over 500 staff at 20 different program locations, with annual revenues of nearly $50million. The President/CEO plans the agency’s growth and future with the Board of Directors, oversees its programs and staff, manages the administrative functions of the agency, and serves as an advocate for services to children and families. Recent accomplishments include the expansion of our adolescent and young adult residential services with the opening of two new facilities in Methuen and Framingham as well as expanding our in-home and community support services by opening a location in Charlton.
