The VP of Delivery Management reports to the Chief Technical Officer, and is focused on managing projects and sustaining software for a leading healthcare revenue cycle management company. My team works across four practice areas: Project Management. During my tenure, we conceived and initiated Coronis\' first Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO\'s project portfolio is mainly within IT, but it assists other business units as well, and is positioned to serve entire enterprise as it continues to grow. Software Implementations. Our main focus is deploying anesthesia software and hardware devices in hospitals and surgical centers across the United States. We facilitate the creation and configuration of data interfaces between Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and the Coronis infrastructure. Customer Support. We support hundreds of users at dozens of health care facilities, directly providing Tiers 1 and 2 support and coordinating Tier 3 support. We also work with software developers on feature enhancements and other updates in response to user feedback. Knowledge Management. We established Coronis IT\'s knowledge management program by consolidating documentation, organizing data about software customers, and including a knowledge-gathering function in major projects.
