About Eric Looney
My current role is Director of Operations for CapturePoint\'s EOR assets. I have a well-rounded background in petroleum engineering, primarily focused on conventional assets and EOR across multiple basins. I have a wide experience across the upstream oil and gas business, including: project management, production and operations engineering, nodal analysis, large and small capital development projects, full-field optimization studies, portfolio-level optimization, Monte Carlo simulations, deterministic and probabilistic decision analysis, prospect screening for A&D, reservoir simulation, and reserves processes. In December 2021, I completed an MBA from UTD with concentrations in Finance and Supply Chain Management.
