ABOUT ERIC LEE
I am a biomedical data scientist with 6+ years of experience in spatial biology. My work centers on decoding aging and cancer to uncover biomarkers that drive more accurate prognoses. I have so far spent my career bridging the gap between high-throughput spatiotemporal multi-omics and scalable software development. By developing machine learning approaches from the ground up, I empower teams in data storytelling to convey a clearer understanding of molecular trajectories. I believe that the best data science is collaborative. I thrive when working with multidisciplinary teams to solve challenging problems. Let’s connect if you’re looking for expertise in data science.
