About Eric Casper

Clinical research professional with a strong focus on ensuring patient safety, upholding data integrity, and fostering quality site relationships. My experience spans pharmaceutical trials, primarily in dermatology and oncology, where I oversee studies from initiation through close-out, providing site training, support, and monitoring. In addition to my role as a Clinical Research Associate, I previously served as a volunteer Chief Executive Officer of Railcare Health, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving community health access. My leadership approach is interactive, working closely with teams to drive initiatives such as expanding health fairs/community screenings and increasing grant income. I have a strong foundation of skills from my experience in direct patient care facing roles as an Emergency Medical Technician, both in pre-hospital 911 and Emergency Rooms, as well as a Medical Assistant in the Urgent Care setting. In conjunction with this experience, I devoted time to developing my bench research skills through direct research within the lipid droplet formation pathway and exercise physiology stress significance.Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time by the lake.
