About Eric Lani

Eric has public accounting experience across a diverse client base, with an emphasis on high-quality client service and technical accounting. He has primarily performed work on integrated audits for large, accelerated SEC filers with work experience in the U.S. and Brazil that included managing international teams. He helps clients navigate complex accounting and reporting matters, including business combinations, carve-outs, revenue recognition, leases, derivatives and hedging, among other technical areas. For two years, Eric worked in São Paulo, Brazil, where he led multinational component team reporting, was an U.S. GAAS and U.S. GAAP resource to the local firm and managed advisory engagements for Sarbanes-Oxley controls implementation. Eric is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting with areas of focus (or minors) in the Legal Environment of Business and International Business from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business.
