Designed R&D Wellheads using tolerance stack-ups and modeling via. AutoCAD and Inventor to meet design requirements per MathCAD calculations, API, and SLB Standards.• Tested various R&D Wellheads and Running Tools to meet API 6A and API 6FB requirements. Tests include pressures up to psi. Such tests involved Hydro-Testing, Fire-Testing, Load Testing, and Pressure/Temperature Cycle Testing.• Analyzed strain-gauge data (for Strain and Von Misses Stress), thermocouple, pressure transducer, and LDSs, via. Dewesoft to compare with FEA findings.• Assembled Surface Wellhead Test Fixtures such as, 21” 5KSI Fontus, assisted in SIT (System Integration Test) for 18” 15KSI Fontus, and more.
