Created to solve the problems facing a busy office manager.Dentalogic was created to help dentists and office managers spend more time focusing on their patients, while still being confident that their insurance tasks were being managed correctly.After creating an online dental front office training program, our co-founder, Kinzie Broxson, had the idea of starting a company to provide outsourced, dental insurance verification and dental billing services.Over the past two years, we have grown from working with a few offices in Texas to working with multiple offices across the country.Highlights:• Unique combination of passionate leader, innovative strategist, and relentless driver of growth• Dental network and reimbursement expert- Created fees for over 20 networks including national networks, regional networks, regional plans, Delta Dental plans, and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans- Created a fee methodology that was approved through a public hearing process and endorsed by the local dental society- Led the recruitment of over 40 thousand dentists spanning the full spectrum of networks- Created client-specific stacked network solutions locally and nationally- 12 years of publishing UCR reports used by thousands of dentists- Built a national dental network from an acquisition to over 35 thousand dentists and used for an estimated $350 million in services annually. Clients included Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, and United Healthcare• Created the second largest provider claims service in the dental industry that was used by over 30 thousand dentists to submit 60 million claims, 4 million attachments, and 3 million patient statements annually• Built the second largest clearinghouse in the dental industry from an acquisition that processed over 63 million claims and 16 million related transactions annually• Built a national dental network from an acquisition with 35 thousand participating dentists and used for an estimated $350 million in services annually• Led the network and sales teams that grew individual and small group dental premiums by over $60 million annually in 5 years• Demonstrated ability to deliver extraordinary results by bringing people together under a common visionContact
