YTI offers associate degrees in Specialized Technology and Specialized Business, as well as diploma programs and professional certifications.My duties include:• Develop daily class lesson plans for 12 week courses following a syllabi and outlines• Test preparation and evaluation of all student’s course work• Consultation of students outside of class regarding tutoring, study skills time management• Classroom management through instruction and classroom activities• Maintain accurate class records such as attendance, grade reports, rosters and class schedules• Contributed to curriculum and program reviews twice a year• Observe, support and enforce the regulations, policies, and programs of the school• Attend staff and institute wide meetings and In-Service seminars• Participate and attend school functions and activities such as graduation, orientation and open house• Assist the Program Director to benefit the institute, program or students• Externship coordinator – tracking hours of employment, student journal entries and communication with employers. • Instructor of core and general education courses throughout seven different programs of study
