With over 17 years of experience in change management, transformation and business integration, my work has consistently focused on building alignment between strategy, systems, and people. In highly regulated and fast-moving environments—particularly within fintech and post-merger contexts—this has meant guiding organizations through complex change with clarity, empathy, and structured execution.The focus has been on delivering value through scalable operating models, cross-functional transformation programs, and a culture of empowerment built on trust and shared ownership. It focused on utilization and adoption of technological systems, as well as process innovations.
