I’m a former U.S. Army Water Treatment Specialist and Team Leader with over eight years of experience in wastewater operations, now transitioning into IT infrastructure and data center operations. My background includes leading teams in high-responsibility environments, managing critical systems, and operating under strict compliance and security standards. During my military service, I held a Secret Clearance, reinforcing my focus on accountability, documentation, and operational integrity.I currently work as a Data Center Operations Engineering – Project Assistant at Salute, where I support data center operations teams through project coordination, documentation management, reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This role provides broad exposure to enterprise IT environments and data center operations, allowing me to build a strong foundation in infrastructure workflows and operational best practices.Currently building hands-on experience in data center operations, enterprise documentation, and infrastructure support while pursuing industry certifications. I’m focused on growing within IT infrastructure and operations, with long-term interests in data center operations, NOC roles, and systems or cloud-focused positions. I bring a disciplined work ethic, strong communication skills, and a continuous-learning mindset to every team I support.
