About Ericka Christensen
In my current role, I serve as a vital member of our sales team, specializing in administrative support and operational efficiency. I actively utilize a variety of essential software tools, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Workspace, Hubspot, and Outreach, to streamline our sales processes. I have 3 years of previous experience at the university level compiling and interpreting student data in addition to completion of the Springboard data analyst fellowship that resulted in advanced Excel competencies and gained familiarity with SQL and basic introductions to Tableau/Power BI. I aim to explain complex datasets through data visualization and data storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences. I\'m a creative problem solver with high emotional intelligence. Outside of the office I enjoy reading mystery novels, challenging myself with puzzles, and working on my physical health through hiking, aerial silks and lyra. I\'m always looking to learn something new in my preparation to one day end up on Jeopardy!
