ABOUT ERICKA LADE HALLER

For 25 years, my goal has been to inspire, encourage, and instill confidence in my students while simultaneously creating an enjoyable classroom environment.I have been helping students gain confidence in English and use the language effectively in real-life and professional contexts. My goal is for learners to communicate freely without worrying about immediate correctness, knowing that accuracy and refinement come naturally with practice.I teach across the Eduservices group, with the majority of my hours at ISCOM and Mbway, and also follow students at MyDigitalSchool, IPAC Bachelor Factory, and ESICAD. I tailor my lessons to the needs of each group.My classes are highly interactive, motivating, and often humorous, designed to engage students and encourage participation. Confidence grows through active use, so I try to create an enjoyable environment where students are comfortable speaking, making mistakes, and learning collaboratively.As I always say: “You learn a language by using it, not just studying it,” and “Mistakes are proof that you are trying, and trying is how you improve.” Using a mix of student-centered methodology, real-world professional scenarios, and digital tools including AI, I help students not only improve their English but also develop the skills to present, collaborate, and thrive in international settings.
