Since May 2016, i am currently leading \"Télémaque\", an NGO which mission is to support young teenagers to get better ambition and succeed. Our impact is 2500 young students thanks to the support of more than 230 companies (Axa, Total, Schneider, EDF, Vinci. and small and meduim partners.). We are currently located in 10 areas (region). We are deploying franchized model since 2 years to faster and reach local territories on small and meduim sized cities. We have founded @collectif mentorat to deploy mentorship in France and in EU as a strong lever for education, social equalities and fraternity. I lead a super team of +50people.
