She has successfully launched and scaled social impact programs, overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, secured strategic partnerships, and led cross-sector collaborations that address housing insecurity and strengthen resident services.Ericka earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, and her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California’s Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work.
