Provided strategic direction for Corrective and preventive Actions (CAPA), Software Problems and Change Requests (SPCR’s), and Nonconformance’s. Identified Root Causes (RC) using formal tools such as the DMAIC approach, Fault Trees and 4-Blocker’s visuals. Verified effectives, watched for trends and demonstrated meaningful impact to programs success. Led and prepared multiple Corrective Action Board (CAB), Software Engineering Board (SWEB), and multiple Failure Review Boards (FRB) meetings capturing meeting minutes, action items, status updates, discussion of path-forward and roadblocks.
