While serving as a Network Operations Technician II, I am responsible for maintaining, documenting, and investigating incoming platform requests, service alerts, and escalations from business partners, including Customer Care, Cox Business, Field Services, and the Help Desk. I also generate trouble tickets in compliance with current trouble ticketing guidelines to access, debug, and remotely restore issues across multiple platforms. Moreover, I oversee reactive and proactive tasks defined in core procedures, such as event, incident, and change management. I also partner with other NOCs or organizations to support various tasks. Below are my notable accomplishments: • I monitored thousands of customers\' connections and coordinated with outside plant teams to restore customers from network failures. • I oversaw incident command and assembled teams to troubleshoot several types of network and enterprise-wide database problems. • I learned about the internal network and utilized innovative tools to work through different consumer topologies to best support NOC\'s portion of troubleshooting.
