About Erick Smith

Erick began in the Real Estate industry with Merrill Lynch in 2006 as a loan consultant. He worked with Merrill for 2 years, then transferred to Bank of America as a Business Banker for approx. 2 years as well. Having this initial experience in the industry gives Erick a unique and valuable understanding of the Real Estate Market as a whole. Within the previous 4 years, he\'s primarily focused on acquiring income-producing residential properties for private investors. These properties have the qualities to either be held for cash flow or immediately flipped for equity. However, he has maintained his regular base clientele of buyers and sellers throughout his ventures. In 2011 he began working the County Auctions in San Joaquin County, CA(Central Valley) for a private investor(NRES, out of Reno, NV). He worked at the auctions for 2 years where he learned invaluable information about the secondary Real Estate market. In 2013, two years into his ventures, with a partner, he started his own investment company, Glenn Charles Investments. Below is a list of projects GC Investments has done within the last 2 years. In his two years working with his clientele, he managed and oversaw all aspects of real estate; from due diligence and site evaluation, to handling contracts and negotiations, to overseeing construction and development, and finally, to overseeing the leasing and/or selling of the properties. His diverse and in-depth experience is a major reason why his investors are thriving in today’s marketplace. Erick moved to the L.A. area in May of 2014. Two main objectives: 1. Work with the general consumer and help the public with distressed assets. Partner with investors and work with short and long-term acquisitions. His compassion and consideration for his clients are by far what sets him apart from other agents in the industry. In your first meeting, you\'ll absolutely notice that the client\'s best interest is ALWAYS #1 priority! Currently, Erick has moved back to Northern California and owns his own Real Estate Investment company named Glenn Charles Investments.
