We are home inspectors for the Kennewick Washington areas, and we have been assisting home buyers, home sellers, and Realtors. We offer a professional manner, more than 13years of experience in inspecting homes, and communication that is open and honest about the actual home condition.We value the trust that is placed by our customers, and work hard to retain this trust. Our customers expect us to provide information, answer questions honestly and accurately, and to educate them on their home. We meet and then exceed these expectations, so our customers get a top quality home inspection and the answers they are looking for. The inspection report we provide will always be objective and unbiased.Our home inspectors have performed more than 6,300 home inspections, and we use this experience to provide you with a thorough and accurate inspection and final report.A thorough home inspection can take from two to four hours, possibly even longer for homes that are very large or extremely complex. We encourage our customers to be present at the inspection, and to ask any questions that may occur to them. If this is not possible for any reason, the report and any relevant photos can be sent by email to the customer. We welcome questions and feedback at any point in the process even if questions arise after we have left the site.Our customers will receive a final inspection report as soon as the home inspection has been completed. This easy to understand report with photos allows the customer a point of reference for the results, and clients appreciate that our inspectors are friendly, clean, experienced, professional, and knowledgeable.
