Associate Director of Data Integrity for the Petaluma Heath Center a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary medical care and mental health services to residents of Petaluma, Rohnert Park, and the surrounding areas. PHC is organized as a private, nonprofit corporation and governed by a consumer and community led Board of Directors. The Associate Director, Data Integrity is responsible for the integration and optimization of Petaluma Health Center’s (PHC’s) administrative, financial, and clinical data systems. The Associate Director, Data Integrity will be responsible for standardizing how staff across PHC use its administrative systems and for ensuring that their use, and how data is housed and accessed within them, is compliant with any relevant local, state, and federal statutes. This position will ensure that PHC’s data warehousing and access systems are up to date and able to meet the organization’s business needs. The Associate Director, Data Integrity will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the data within PHC’s data systems and platforms. The Associate Director, Data Integrity will also be responsible for working with the Senior Management Team to identify ways in which PHC’s data systems can advance the organization’s strategic objectives and best support the mission, vision, and values of the health center. The Associate Director, Data Integrity will concurrently serve as PHC’s Information Security Officer and be responsible for ensuring that risks to the organization’s patient, employee, and business information are mitigated and that the systems that house it are secure.
