I held management positions for French companies and international groups for nearly 30 years. This experience is a guarantee for AGROWCO INT\'s clients of a good understanding of staff management mechanisms. As the business world is constantly changing, I call on coaches and training companies to integrate societal, environmental and behavioral changes and thus adapt my expertise in real time. The experience of international management brings the knowledge of cultural differences, which is necessary for the optimization of collective and individual performance. As a Sales & Marketing Manager, I have worked from different locations such as the US, The Netherlands, France and Denmark. I worked as Head of Marketing EMEA for Syngenta Flowers, Sales & Marketing Manager EMEA for Sakata Ornamental, General Manager of Plan Ornemental (a seed company in France) and Manager of a chain of garden centers. Specialties: Sales and Marketing (international level). new product development, plant protection systems (Plant Breeder Rights, Plant Patent), strategic and operational marketing plan, product positioning and market segment analysis, budget and business planning. Master Degree in Horticulture in France + MBA in the US. Excellent knowledge of the business chain in horticulture from R&D to Consumers.
